Building Safety: Human Factors, Northern Ireland

As Northern Ireland prepares for building safety reforms, BSI Flex 8670 explicitly requires Human Factors competence for building safety professionals - yet provides limited practical guidance on how to achieve it.

As a Chartered Ergonomist and Human Factors Specialist, I provide specialist Human Factors consultancy and expert input to building safety workshops and compliance initiatives, helping housing associations, contractors and public sector bodies develop genuine Human Factors competence for Building Safety Act requirements.
