It’s very clear that considerations re use of space, health & wellness strategies, smart buildings technologies and creating healthy environments to entice employees back to the workplace, when and as appropriate, need to be taken to the next level. Essentially design of workplace needs to be more human-centric.
Holistic approaches or frameworks like the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) WELL Building Standard, for example, could potentially serve to address many issues / concepts raised in this report and others.
